Jean-Patrick Simon
Jean-Patrick has over 25 years of experience in Insurance and Reinsurance. An actuary associated with a seasoned commercial background, and with an extensive experience in life insurance at all levels of the value chain, Jean-Patrick has developed and managed several companies like SCOR Global Life in Asia or a CARDIF joint venture with Shinhan Bank in Korea. He then moved to Genworth Financial to run Asia for Payment Protection Insurance Solutions and variable annuities.
Later, he joined Zurich Insurance to be the head of products for bank distribution for Europe, Latin America, and Middle East where he was based in Dubai. Then he became Head of Life Underwriting for APME at ARCH Reinsurance.
Jean-Patrick is a Qualified Actuary and a member of the French Institute of Actuaries as well as of the Korean and Thai Actuarial Associations.
He also holds a MSc in Engineering for Fluid Mechanics from the Pierre & Marie Curie University, Paris.
Jean-Patrick is a French citizen, lived and worked in over 10 countries and speaks French, English, Spanish, German, Greek and Korean.
Ramnath Venkatraman
Ramnath Venkatraman is a dynamic Learning & Development professional with 34 years of Banking experience in ANZ Grindlays Bank , Standard Chartered Bank and a founder member of Noor Bank . He was the Head of Learning for Noor Bank and a core team member of Retail Bank Projects impacting Customer Experience and Digital Transformation .
He has worked in different capacities, especially in the areas of Learning and Development , in India , Australia and has extensively travelled to UK, GCC countries and Asian countries like Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh as a Global Facilitator. He has been educated in renowned Institutions like Loyola High School, Jamshedpur, St.Xaviers College, Kolkata and XLRI Jamshedpur.
He is a popular inspirational public speaker and facilitator at Corporates and Universities . His range of sessions include Banking , Team Building , Sales and Service, Management Development and Communication , engaging and appealing to all his trainees.
Ramnath is an ardent lover of Indian classical music , dance and theatre and involved in community service as well.
Dr Suzanne White
Dr White is the Managing Director (and founding owner) of Oasis Training Center, Kingdom of Bahrain.
In her 32 years career in the training sector, she has managed multiple roles and responsibilities across multiple geographies including France, China, the UK and Saudi Arabia, as well as Bahrain, where she is currently based. She is fluent in English and French and has command over basic written and spoken Arabic
She and her trainers are accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), the Institutes of the USA, ilm (Institute for Leadership and Management), the Insurance Institute of India (III), London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), the Life and Medical Association of America (LOMA) and the Institute of Risk Management (irm). Suzanne has also established an educational consultancy for students wishing to study abroad, including psychometric assessment and career counselling, with representative agency agreements with over 70 UK, US and other universities.
She has also served as an external appointee in City College, Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Bahrain campus, Applied Science University, Kingdom of Bahrain as Chair of the ADVISORY BOARD for the Management and Business Studies (MBS) Programme with Cardiff Metropolitan University.
PUJA SHAH
Puja comes with 13 years of professional expertise in Learning & Development. She comes with 5000 hours of hands on training planning, developing and delivery experience across multiple platforms and across multiple units in financial institutions.
Her training experience spreads across organizational hierarchy and specialties. She specializes in training content in line with regulatory policies and management objectives. She has worked across multiple organisations with her last assignment being with HDFC Bank, a leading bank in India.
Chirodip Basu Roy
Chirodip has over 18 years of rich experience in Advertising, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management. A thought leader and practitioner of Strategic Marketing, Branding, Innovation and Digitization, delivering creative results-driven solutions in a collaborative way to branding and marketing communications challenges.
His experience spreads across geographies and sectors. His last assignment was heading the Marketing and Corporate Communications team at Noor Bank. He has also worked with well reputed organisations like Citibank and The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts. He started his career with hospitality Industry which implanted strong values of customer centricity and empathy in his working style.
He understands the criticality and impact of right skills and hence has been constantly working on enhancing the abilities of those he interacts with. His training portfolio spans across Schools, Collages, and Banks including Sinhgad College, Fergusson College, Central Bank (in India) and Reserve Bank of India.
